1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Delivery times depend on the specific product warehouse and your location:
- Fast Shipping Items (Express shipping ): 2–5 business days
- United States & United Kingdom (Standard): 7–12 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via international tracking services.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nexura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@officialnexura.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
